In line with regulatory requirements, please update your Permanent Account Number (PAN) and complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) details as soon as possible. Please note that if these details aren’t updated within 60 days of this communication, it can impact continuity of your Corporate Card Program.

Video KYC is available between 8:30 am - 9:00 pm, on all days excluding public holidays. Please keep your PAN card and a valid photo ID ready before you begin.

The following may apply if your KYC is not completed within the required timeframe:
|
|
If you’re the sole Authorised Signatory and don’t complete the KYC update, the Corporate Card Program will be cancelled.
|
|
|
|
If you’re one of multiple Authorised Signatories and don’t complete the KYC, you’ll be removed from the Authorized Signatory list for the company.
|
|
|
|
If you’re a Beneficial Owner, completing the KYC is required to ensure the continuity of your Corporate Card Program.
